Predictive Model Building
We develop and train predictive models in GPU, including foundational sequence-based large language models for protein and genome engineering, pathway and cellular models for genome engineering. Ultimately, Synthexo is working towards the development of digital organisms and digital twins that is a realistic in silico representation of the cells and organisms of interest.
